Job Overview:
As a Content & Social Media Coordinator, you will support the creation and execution of visual content across social media platforms for two automotive brands. You will assist in planning and producing photo and video content by participating in shoot coordination, including storyboarding, scheduling, and on-set support. You will capture and edit high-quality images and videos for use across marketing, website, and social channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction.
You will create and repurpose short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and you will support content publishing through scheduling and basic community engagement. Daily tasks include organizing and managing digital assets, maintaining project file structure, and ensuring content is properly archived for team accessibility. You will track content performance metrics, monitor engagement trends, and provide basic reporting insights to support ongoing optimization.
You will research social media and automotive industry trends to support content ideation and improve creative output across campaigns. You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Performance will be measured through KPIs such as content quality, publishing consistency, engagement rates, turnaround time for assigned deliverables, and overall contribution to campaign execution.
Background Profile:
0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or related marketing roles.
Strong proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc).
Familiarity with social media platforms and short-form video trends.
Basic photography and videography knowledge (lighting, camera setup, audio).
Excellent organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Passion for cars, trucks, off-roading, or motorsports is highly preferred.
Benefits, Compensation, & Features:
Base salary: $50,000-$65,000
