    Company Description:

    CRDN helps people put their lives back together after a disaster such as a fire or flood in their home. We do this by restoring their household contents and therefore saving valuables and memories. Household contents include everything from clothing, kitchen appliances, televisions, family portraits, computers, and down to the smallest knickknacks. CRDN will respond to these disasters, pack up the contents, bring them to our restoration facility for processing, store them until the house or business is ready for them to be delivered and then make a final delivery.

    We are a growing company and are looking for someone experienced with pack-outs or moving to lead our pack-out team. CRDN offers paid holidays, paid time off, and an employee profit sharing plan.

    Due to the nature of CRDN's work with insurance companies, all new hires are required to undergo a background check.

    Job Description: Packout Technician/Customer Service Lead

    The pack-out technician/customer service lead (CSR Lead) is responsible for ensuring smooth and complete pack-outs. CRDN works almost exclusively with insurance companies, each of which wants us to provide their clients with exceptional service. The CSR Lead will interact with our first responder, the homeowner, and the CRDN field crew to accurately and safely pack-out the items CRDN will be restoring.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in pack-outs or the moving industry, be able to competently direct field staff, be well organized, have good interpersonal skills, and be capable of independently solving problems that arise on jobsites.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Lead the team effort for pack-outs and deliveries of jobs.

    Interact with homeowner as CRDN representative during pack-outs and deliveries. Be able to explain CRDN processes and procedures, reassure homeowner, and escalate questions to management as needed.

    Learn to properly protect items for pack-out, transport, and storage.

    Become proficient in using the CRDN software and procedures.

    Work in warehouse to organize incoming jobs and finished goods storage.

    Direct the daily activities of CSR/Packout Technician(s).

    Train new CSR/Pack-out Technicians.

    Ensure pack-out team has all PPE, lights, and equipment needed for pack-outs and deliveries.

    Work with the GM/owner to determine special item pack-out methods.

    Keep the delivery vehicles maintained and loaded with proper equipment and ready to go on pack-outs and deliveries.

    Crosstrain in at least one restoration technique (contents, electronics, textiles, art)

    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Must pass Background Check (required by insurance partners)

    Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record

    Experience as a mover is preferred

    Be compassionate with a desire to help people
