The Content Specialist is a high-output production role dedicated to being the visual voice and creative engine of the firm. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for the end-to-end creation of multimedia assets—primarily video and high-impact graphic design—that build brand awareness. The goal is to act as a 'media house,' cranking out a high volume of visual content that stops the scroll, captures attention, and builds our brand's presence online.

QUALIFICATIONS
- **__**Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating content through video, graphics, and social media. An active creative portfolio will be required for consideration.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools to produce creative (static & carousel graphics) and short-form video assets.
- Proficiency in planning, filming, or editing short-form video content for social media.
- Proven ability to create attention-grabbing video hooks and headlines that stop users from scrolling.
- Experience with project management and CRM tools (such as Clickup, Hubspot, etc.)
- Ability to take direction well, pivot based on priorities, and execute with precision.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding clients, firm interests, and employees.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content featuring our attorneys for education and brand awareness.
- Repurpose long-form webinars, seminars, and interviews into a high volume of 'micro-content' clips for Reels, Shorts, and social media posts.
- Develop and manage a high-frequency social media posting calendar across all platforms to maximize brand visibility.
- Coach and direct attorneys and staff to ensure high-energy, professional, and authentic on-camera performance during video shoots.
- Update imagery, visual banners, and creative layouts on website landing pages to align with current branding and messaging.
- Draft compelling, punchy social media captions tailored to capture attention, educate families, and build our online presence.
- Outline and write engaging video scripts and talking points to prepare attorneys for efficient on-camera filming sessions.
- Maintain and organize the firm's digital media library, archiving all raw footage, b-roll, and finalized visual assets.
- Coordinate the creative asset timeline for marketing campaigns, ensuring all video elements and graphic designs are produced and delivered on schedule.
- Source or design visual templates and assets for the Communications Specialist to use in email newsletters, blogs, and printed marketing materials.
- Track and report on social media metrics, video view times, and platform growth to the Marketing Director.
- Review all visual content to ensure it aligns with the brand standards and aesthetic direction set by the Marketing Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned

SALARY:** $45,000-$50,000 **
