Contents Cleaning & Restoration Technician
Phoenix Contents Restoration is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Contents Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our growing team.

No restoration experience is required. We provide hands-on, step-by-step training.
What You’ll Do
Most of this position involves carefully cleaning and restoring customers’ personal belongings at our facility. You will also occasionally assist our field team with packing and documenting belongings inside customers’ homes.
You may work with furniture, dishes, kitchenware, home décor, clothing, electronics, photographs, collectibles, and other personal belongings affected by smoke, soot, water, or odor.
This is careful, detail-oriented work. It requires patience, consistency, organization, and pride in a job well done. We treat every item as though it matters—because to the customer, it does.
Responsibilities
Clean, wash, deodorize, and restore belongings affected by fire, smoke, water, or odor
Carefully handle, unwrap, organize, and repack customer belongings
Inspect cleaned items and ensure they meet Phoenix quality standards
Assist with packing, inventory, labeling, and organization at customers’ homes
Prepare restored belongings for storage and return delivery
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Learn to operate specialized cleaning and restoration equipment
Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers, leadership, and customers
Represent Phoenix with professionalism and a team-first attitude
Help the team wherever needed to complete each project successfully
What We’re Looking For
Naturally detail-oriented and organized
Patient and comfortable working carefully with delicate or personal belongings
Dependable, punctual, and consistent
Positive, coachable, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
Cleaning, restoration, warehouse, hospitality, caregiving, housekeeping, or similar experience is helpful but not required
Bilingual skills are helpful but not required
Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Approximately 40 hours per week
Occasional weekend work depending on project needs
Work may begin at our facility or at a customer’s property
