    Contents Cleaning & Restoration Technician

Phoenix Contents Restoration is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Contents Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our growing team.

We’re not simply filling a position—we’re looking for someone who fits our culture.

If you show up on time, bring a positive attitude, take pride in doing things well, and treat people with kindness and respect, we can teach you the technical side of the job. Our team works together, supports one another, and helps families recover after fire, smoke, water, and mold damage.

No restoration experience is required. We provide hands-on, step-by-step training.

    What You’ll Do

Most of this position involves carefully cleaning and restoring customers’ personal belongings at our facility. You will also occasionally assist our field team with packing and documenting belongings inside customers’ homes.

You may work with furniture, dishes, kitchenware, home décor, clothing, electronics, photographs, collectibles, and other personal belongings affected by smoke, soot, water, or odor.

This is careful, detail-oriented work. It requires patience, consistency, organization, and pride in a job well done. We treat every item as though it matters—because to the customer, it does.

    Naturally detail-oriented and organized

Patient and comfortable working carefully with delicate or personal belongings

    Dependable, punctual, and consistent

Positive, coachable, and willing to learn

Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

Cleaning, restoration, warehouse, hospitality, caregiving, housekeeping, or similar experience is helpful but not required

Bilingual skills are helpful but not required

    Valid driver’s license preferred

    Schedule

    Monday through Friday

    Approximately 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend work depending on project needs

Work may begin at our facility or at a customer’s property

    Why Join Phoenix?

At Phoenix, attitude and character matter more than previous restoration experience.

We will teach you how to properly restore belongings, use specialized equipment, care for customers, and succeed as part of our team. You’ll be supported by experienced coworkers and given clear expectations and hands-on training.

We invest in our people through:

Specialized contents cleaning and restoration training

    Consistent, year-round work

    Equipment certifications and expanded skills

Opportunities to grow into lead or supervisory positions
