Job Description:

CC Restoration, a leading turn-key restoration company based in Colorado Springs since 2016, seeks a dedicated and experienced Full-Charge Accountant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong proficiency in various accounting tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the company owner and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks Online, and other relevant software

Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

Preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports

Conducting bank reconciliations and payroll processing

Assisting with auditing processes and ensuring data integrity

Managing office operations, including document scanning and human resources tasks

Providing excellent customer service and clear communication of complex financial data

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles

Minimum 2 years of experience in office management

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in problem-solving and recommending process improvements

Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and integrity

Location and Schedule:

Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80921 (in-person work required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
