    Job Summary

    This position reports to the Owner of the Company. Role will be to support the Owner of the Company in a handful of roles, including administrative work, estimating, AR and reporting. Candidate will need to be able to wear many hats and multitask. Candidate needs to have excellent critical thinking skills.

    Responsibilities

    Assist Owner in Day-to-Day administrative activities.

    Support in Estimate preparation in Xactimate (training will be provided is needed)

    Support in billing in Quick Books

    Following up on Open Accounts Receivable.

    Assist in weekly and Monthly Reporting

    Qualifications

    Previous experience supporting mulit-tasking and supporting leadership.

    Experience in Restoration is a strong plus

    Knowledge of Xactimate tool is a huge plus

    Experience in Account Receivables and collections is desired.
