Job Description
The Contents Project Manager will serve our customers who need their damaged properties cleaned and their belongings safely moved. You will work with the Contents Project Coordinator to schedule and plan jobs. You will manage customer contents jobs and crews according to SERVPRO procedures. You must be comfortable working in challenging situations, enjoy meeting people, have superb interpersonal skills, and be a great leader.
Responsibilities
Manage contents and cleaning crews and jobs according to SERVPRO procedures
Perform job estimates and scope services
Review job scopes to ensure accuracy and to ensure staff is prepared with necessary supplies and equipment
Assign crews and coordinate work for cleaning jobs and customer contents packouts and packbacks
Supervise Team activity and monitor jobs from start to finish
Establish rapport and reliably communicate with commercial and residential customers, and insurance representatives
Keep Contents Manager and Contents Project Coordinator updated on job progress
Resolve problems quickly as they arise
Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiency
Review final job paperwork including, scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders
Qualification Requirements
Restoration cleaning experience
Shipping/receiving and inventory management
Contents packing and moving experience
Ability to travel locally and between NC and SC on day trips
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check subject to applicable laws
Effective written and oral communication skills
Accurate math skills
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Exposure to cleaning products and chemicals
Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights
Ability to access and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to walk, stand, sit, and drive for long periods of time
Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
