Lead Restoration Technician

1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We’re hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to guide job site teams and ensure packouts, restoration work, and returns are completed safely, accurately, and professionally.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in restoration, moving, or a related field

Experience leading crews or supervising technicians

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physical environments

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

IICRC certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Lead technicians during packouts, restoration, and packbacks

Coordinate daily job tasks and maintain efficient workflow

Ensure accurate inventory, photos, and documentation

Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Communicate job updates with management and team members

Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization

Follow safety standards and company procedures

Support training and mentoring of new technicians
