Concraft, a leading restoration company in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking a Contents Manager to lead and oversee the personal property side of our property restoration projects. In this role, you’ll manage the full contents restoration process — from pack-out to cleaning to return — for both residential and commercial clients. You'll be the key player between our team and the customer, ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. Benefits included for full-time Managers: • $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience, skill level, and certifications • This is a salary with commission incentive position • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Company vehicle • Company cell phone and laptop • Semi-annual profit-sharing bonuses based on meeting company-wide goals • 3% contribution to 401(k) every year after year 1 of employment • Discretionary 2% contribution to 401(k) based on profitability • Health, Dental, AFLAC, and Life insurance Responsibilities: • You'll oversee quality control and routinely inspect the work being done, guiding as needed with your industry know-how, keeping safety as a top priority • Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and material interested parties • Manage and coordinate the restoration and replacement of contents for clients in the wake of a disaster • Manage a team of technicians to provide top-notch restoration service • You’ll oversee facilitating regular training (twice a week) for the staff to keep current on all processes • Work closely with the Director of Mitigation and Specialty Services to ensure a smooth process for clients and customers • Ensure attention to detail when packing and cleaning personal property • Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders Qualifications: • Stellar communication, project management, and time management skills are crucial • Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills • 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry, including 3+ years as a Project Manager • Xactimate experience is a plus • Strong knowledge in Dash, Encircle, ContentsTrack, and Xactimate is preferred • Strong computer skills in Outlook • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record • Possess IICRC certification as FSRT, OCT, UFT, and/or CPT • High attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects Follow our core values • Trustworthy - Be consistently dependable • Empathy - Show people we care; be humble, kind • Always - Communicate, listen, and look for ways to improve • Make it happen - Go above and beyond • Always looking to positively impact lives Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000
