    Position Description

    We are looking for a Construction Admin (Closeout Coordinator) to join the Procurement team. Success in this role may open the doors to many opportunities for advancement within the company!

    As a key Procurement team member, the Construction Admin (Closeout Coordinator) will report to the Procurement Manager and assist the procurement and project management department in all phases of the project closeout process. This role is responsible for document control for drawings sheet submissions, project team as-built drawings, file as-builts, specifications, invoicing, correspondence, and closeout warranties, manuals, and reports for current and past projects into a suitable searchable file structure.

    Position Key Criteria/Requirements

    • Basic understanding of the design and construction process
    • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Position Measurable Accountabilities

    • Coordinates and assists with daily workflow issues.
    • Works with the project management team to follow up on all financial contract closeouts.
    • Assists in the verification of receipt of all required documentation from vendors.
    • Works with clients to verify receipt of required documentation.
    • Generates spreadsheets and reports on completeness of documentation.
    • Works with team on correct documentation.
    • Works with the project management team to verify all closeout checklists are received.
