Appointment Specialist- Independence, MO * Continental Siding is a company you can be proud to work for! * Starting pay: $15-$18 per hour Plus Bonus, & Commission opportunities! * You could easily make up to $45,000 with Bonus & Commission pay!! Continental Siding is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, detail-oriented individual to fill this position at our Independence, MO showroom. This person will have duties that include setting appointments over the phone and in person, being upbeat & positive, coordinating drive times between appointments, making reminder calls, corresponding with customers daily, and walking customers around the showroom to view color & style options. Responsibilities: * Schedule free estimate appointments for customers * Make reminder calls * Enter appointment information in our customer database * Walk customers around the showroom to view options * Process payments * Cover the Receptionist's desk during breaks and lunch * Provide excellent, professional customer service at all times Skills * Good verbal and written communication skills * Professional personal presentation * Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Have good problem-solving skills * Must be customer service oriented * Must have great attention to detail * Must be reliable and punctual * Should be dependable, honest, respectful, and trustworthy * Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness * Ability to work as a team and individually Requirements * Willing to work a flexible schedule with rotating Saturdays * Dependable and trustworthy * Positive & upbeat * Must have VALID Driver's License & reliable transportation * High school diploma required * Knowledge of MS Office and relevant software applications * Customer Service experience is a must!
