    Client Summary – IRS Enterprise File Storage (EFS) Support

    The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Technology division is modernizing its operations to improve efficiency and service delivery. The Enterprise File Storage (EFS) program supports the transition from paper-based to electronic workflows, enabling secure digital document processing and collaboration across the agency. Contractor personnel will provide program management, software development, engineering, and operational support for EFS and related systems such as Enterprise Electronic Facsimile (EEFax), Zero Paper Initiative (ZPI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and Taxpayer Digital Communications (TDC). Work includes maintaining and enhancing workflows, integrating new technologies, supporting migration and data consolidation efforts, and ensuring compliance with federal IT and cybersecurity standards. The EFS program is critical to the IRS’s mission to streamline taxpayer communications, automate document handling, and support ongoing modernization initiatives.

    Program Manager – IRS EFS Support

    Expanded Summary: Leads the IRS Enterprise File Storage (EFS) program, managing cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Ensures compliance with IRS SDLC, ITIL, CMMI, and federal standards. Develops risk and change management plans, coordinates stakeholder communications, and drives program success. Requires extensive experience in program management and federal contracting environments.
