Position Summary: Deliver advanced technical advisory and project management for BARDA initiatives, emphasizing leadership in data science, medical research analytics, and evidence-based decision making. Lead the development and application of analytical methodologies to support biomedical research and program evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in biomedical research, data science, or technical advisory roles

Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline

Key Skills:

Advanced technical analysis and project management in biomedical and public health research

Expertise in regulatory compliance and leadership of multidisciplinary teams
