Position Summary: Provide advanced technical and scientific advisory support for BARDA projects, with a strong focus on data science, medical research analytics, and quantitative methods. Responsibilities include designing and implementing data-driven solutions, conducting statistical analyses, and providing subject matter expertise in biomedical research and public health.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of technical advisory experience in biomedical research, public health, or related scientific fields

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline

Key Skills:

Data modeling, statistical analysis, and interpretation of complex biomedical datasets

Technical analysis and scientific expertise in medical countermeasures and public health research

Experience with data science tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS), machine learning, and data visualization

Regulatory knowledge and advanced communication skills for scientific and technical audiences
