Position Summary: Lead senior technical advisory and program management for BARDA’s most complex initiatives, with a focus on strategic leadership in data science, advanced medical research analytics, and innovation in biomedical countermeasures. Guide teams in the application of cutting-edge analytical techniques and oversee high-impact research projects.

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 12 years of experience in senior technical advisory, biomedical research, or data science roles

· Doctoral degree (PhD, ScD, DrPH, or equivalent) in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline
