ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE PRIVATE DUTY HOME CARE AGENCY/STAFFING EXPERIENCE ONLY!!! MUST HAVE HOME CARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE ONLY FOR: ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE HOME CARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE TO DO THIS POSITION! MUST BE ABLE TO SCREEN PHONES INCLUDING TAKING NEW INTAKES AND CALLING NURSING ADMINISTRATOR FOR "CLINICAL QUESTIONS" AS NEEDED! Need very responsible and reliable person to help existing on call staffing coordinator to do our after hours phone calls/staffing from home with weekly visit to office to meet with office staffing coordinators and management staff. On call staffing coordinator to work from 7P to 7AM Monday through Friday plus 24 hours on the week-ends. Work is from home ~ Weekly visit into the office for one hour to update on call staffing book. Home Care Staffing experience required for positive individual who is good on the phone dealing with patients and nurses (RNs, LVNs, CNA/CHHAs, Companions/Babysitters) and individual must be familiar with the staffing of both chronic long term private duty cases, IV visits and intermittent visits. Position involves staffing cases where the field staff may call in sick and/or new business that comes in. Position involves a lot of phone work from about 7 - 11PM (and throughout the week-end) and need to check phone message machine every 1-2 hours for messages. Pager, cell phone and fax machine provided. Report taken from 2 separate staffing coordinators at night and then giving report the next morning Mon - Fri. Week-ends involve 24 hour call with checking voice mail every 1-2 hours during the evenings and daytime hours on week-ends. Lots of phone calls/bargaining/sales personality to convince field staff to go to work. Very busy agency. Must be available to come into the office to meet with Administrator and staffing coordinator every Monday for about 2hours (hourly rate paid) at 10AM and to update on call staffing book. Position is immediate ~ call 818-761-2273 from 7 am to 7pm to discuss interview time/phone interview immediately. Position involves rotation schedule with existing on call staffing coordinator. CELL PHONE AND FAX PROVIDED. CALLS COME THROUGH EITHER TO VOICE MAIL OR CELL PHONE.

Job location is from your home except to visit the office in North Hollywood weekly on Monday AMS. Full time benefits available (health, vacation, sick time)
