    We’re seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will champion process optimization, data-driven problem solving, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance within our warehouse and supply chain operations.

    Role Overview

    The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across distribution, logistics, and operational workflows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices, implement Lean methodologies, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Evaluate current warehouse and operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.

    • Lead and support Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance productivity.

    • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.

    • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to measure process performance and validate improvement results.

    • Facilitate root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and problem-solving workshops.

    • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and execute process improvement initiatives.

    • Provide coaching and training on Lean tools and methodologies across teams.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or operations within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.

    • Proven track record of implementing measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.

    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.

    $100,000-$120,000 per year
