Responsibilities:

• Implement MSES Fundamentals with each department and track departamental progress
• Perform Trainings for MSES Fundamental trainings and develop strategies for optimum implementation of MSES
• support engineering teams, draw up safety protocols, report issues to the manager, and develop strategies to improve efficiency
• Assess and analyze current production method
• Analyse each department progress in fundamental implementation and provide report to higher management
• Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
• Continues improvement proyects.
• Digitization projects

Requirements:

• Currently a college/university student
• Have reliable transportation
• Can work a minimum of 30 hours/week
