Qualifications
_ What’s Required_
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- Interest or coursework in Continuous Improvement, Lean, project management, or process improvement preferred.
- Ability to approach problems thoughtfully, stay organized, and learn basic analytical methods with guidance.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills, with openness to feedback and coaching.
- Ability to work well with others and learn to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; willingness to learn additional tools (e.g., SharePoint, Visio).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and follow through.
