    CONTINUUM HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a HEALTHCARE TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

We are focused on empowering healthcare organizations nationwide to manage, improve and automate their ever-changing Revenue Cycle Processes.     You will be responsible for the implementation, internal training, and support of Continuum modules and projects. You will be programming in the Continuum workflow environment which will require knowledge of programming concepts, experience programming in a language such as Java or C#, and database experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform all tasks necessary to implement the Continuum software applications including requirements gathering, installation, QA, configuration, and troubleshooting

    • Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing, and deployment

    • Using client-developed workflow tool that requires development knowledge and programming skills.  Will not develop in JAVA, .NET, C#, but use the workflow tool to implement workflow rules

    • Configure Implementation and data analysis with SQL Server Database

    • Provide Sales and Business unit support as needed

    • Documentation of projects, meetings, and implementations, and assist with documentation of implementation-specific customization as necessary

    • Training of business unit members and junior Implementation team members

    • Provide level 1&2 support for user issues as required

    • You will be required to use Smart Sheets to manage your implementations and communicate with your internal team and customer team

    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years experience as a software engineer or Technical Implementation experience; Demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility in Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Deployment tasks

    • 3+ years of experience developing data-driven applications utilizing relational database engines as part of the overall application architecture

    • 2+ years of recent experience in hospital revenue cycle, healthcare, and insurance technology solutions a huge plus

    • Patient Access Management technology

    • Denial Management technology

    • Experience with the complete Implementation life cycle

    • Experience with the Hospital revenue cycle environment processes is a plus

    • Proficient in troubleshooting complex problems that run in mixed environments including Linux, Unix, and/or Windows

    • Experience programming in a language such as Java or C#

    • 2+ years recent experience with healthcare standards (HL7, X12), SQL, Object-Oriented and Web-based Technologies

    • Experience with Agile software development is a plus

    • Strong Technical background and analytical skills

    • Business Applications: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Project Management software (Smart Sheet)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; or equivalent work experience

    • Master's Degree is a plus but not required

The CRO will execute on the corporate strategic plan — focusing on the expansion of customer segments and business partnerships — and delivering rapid revenue growth. This is a critical role for our company and will be compensated accordingly. As our Chief Revenue Officer, you have a successful background of scaling revenues in a hands-on measurable way, building lasting relationships with customers, channel partners, competitors and adjacent companies. You have successfully built and managed sales teams. You have a deep understanding of SaaS-based cross-channel marketing and the programmatic space. You will have an innate understanding of the importance and expertise of growing, training, and managing a national sales team, including developing sales strategies and matrices for analyzing sales performance, competitors to be our sales and development leader versus an administrator. As our Chief Revenue Officer, you will need to have a deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, native advertising, programmatic advertising, and the latest trends in digital advertising. This role requires strong financial analytical, modeling, writing, PC and software skills. In this role you’ll find any and every go-to-market opportunity that provides leverage. As noted above, metrics and analysis and data benchmarks are vital.
