We currently have an opportunity for a 2025 Summer Intern at OSG in our Carol Stream, IL facility. This is a compensated internship with no health benefits or paid holidays/ vacation time and will run through the summer months of May – August.

Job Title : Contract Administration Intern

Position : Temp, 30 - 40 hours/ Week

Work Location : Carol Stream, IL

Onsite: 4 days a week

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently with the Client Success Team and Account Owners to assist with creating pricing for contracts and submitting to Legal for review.
• Understand documents that are required for clients and help package the final documents that will be sent to clients.
• Assist with special projects related to contracts and services for Community Clients.

Position Qualifications

We are looking for a highly resourceful and analytical college junior or senior student with the following attributes:

• GPA Requirement: 3.0 GPA or higher
• Working towards Bachelor's/Master's degree program in Business, Legal, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Critical thinking/problem solving coupled with assertiveness to pursue necessary information to resolve issues.
• Intellectually curious with a passion for learning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
• Ambitious and capable of working independently; proactive attitude towards professional development.
