● Assess team and organizational maturity, and create tailored coaching plans to support continuous improvement and agile fluency.
● Facilitate workshops and training sessions on agile mindset, team dynamics, backlog management, estimation, and scaled agile practices.
● Partner with leaders to foster a culture of transparency, empowerment, servant leadership, and systems thinking.
● Support transformation initiatives, including agile at scale, operating model shifts, and cross-functional alignment.
● Identify and address systemic challenges (e.g., siloed communication, unclear prioritization, delivery bottlenecks).
● Establish and monitor key agile metrics (e.g., team health, cycle time, predictability) to guide improvement and transparency.
● Drive consistency in agile practices across teams while allowing for flexibility based on context and team needs.
● Coach at the team, program, and leadership levels to ensure sustainable agile adoption and maturity.
● Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and change agents to align strategy, share learnings, and build a strong coaching community.
● 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
● Proven experience leading agile transformations or scaling agile in complex environments.
● Deep expertise in at least one agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and working knowledge of others.
● Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Ability to coach both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across diverse teams.
● Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or ICAgile Coach.
● Experience in industries such as telecommunications or enterprise technology.
● Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, LucidChart, or similar.
● Background in organizational change, lean thinking, systems coaching, or leadership development.
