Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Attorney to become a part of our team! You will draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, deeds, etc.
Pay structure is flat fee per estate plan. We have a robust estate planning practice and can generate 1-5 plans per week; therefore the pay is flexible depending on how many plans we have to create, and your own personal time management to complete the work. Work would be completed initially in the office while you are trained. After training and at my discretion, you may continue working in the office with me and my staff, or you may be able to work remotely. This is not a full time position, but if it works into a satisfactory arrangements, we may be able to hire you permanently part-time, or you can continue to work on a contract basis.
