The State of Wisconsin - UW Madison is looking for a Certified Project Manager III

Top Skills (3) & Years of Experience:

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a minimum of two years’ experience supervising or managing full-time staff.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a minimum of two years’ experience setting project goals, scope, and timeline, as well as regularly reporting on project status and forecasting  team workload.

• Minimum of two years’ experience using Asana or similar project management platform.

Nice to Have:

\- Experience in communications, marketing or related field

\- Experience with social media content and posting

\- Experience with higher education or executive communications a plus

\- Project management certificate

Interview Process: Remote, Microsoft Teams with camera on 30-minute interview.

Duration: THIS IS A 14 WEEK CONTRACT. This role will cover for an FTE who is currently out on leave.

Onsite or Remote? Must be a CURRENT WI resident. No Relocation Allowed. This role is 100% Remote within the state of WI.

Project Details: This role would include project management, team management and coordination for institutional and leadership social media channels. The position would work closely with and under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Content Strategy, who would assume official supervisory responsibility for the social media team and assist with team decision making.
