Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
o Make and receive calls from prospective customers o 2+ years of sales experience preferred o Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service and sales team o Strong verbal communication skills o Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds o Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision o Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail o Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
