Job Description
The FSP Sales Representative will be responsible for enhancing our brand reach, working closely with our team to understand our brand messaging, and supporting athletes in their development. The core sales goal is to recruit private training clients. Converting training inquiries appropriately between Team Sport programs and private training, managing lead generation, and social media outreach are daily tasks.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Building and retaining a brand-loyal client base
Conducting sales presentations and consultations
Meeting sales targets and achieving individual goals
Social media outreach and Lead Gen
Marketing outreach and campaign tracking via Meta
Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the brand experience
The position is on-site, requiring bi-weekly sales meetings and prospect evaluation appointments, with the flexibility to conduct outreach remotely if quotas are being met.
There will be 10-20 mandatory event days annually. This position is required to attend outside of prospective evaluation appointments. The sports events FSP hosts usually have sales representatives present.
