    Bluewater Learning is seeking a talented and creative Contract Graphic Designer to support our creative team in delivering custom visual solutions across a variety of projects on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual assets to accompany eLearning courses, videos, and instructor-led or virtual instructor-led trainings (ILTs/VILTs). You’ll collaborate closely with our instructional designers and developers to ensure all designs align with the project vision and the client’s branding and style guidelines.

    Contracts will be project-based.

    Requirements:

    • Creative thinker with the ability to transform concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.
    • Strong storytelling skills through design to create compelling visuals that communicate messages effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, typography, and layout.
    • Ability to adapt design style (creative and corporate) to suit different project needs and deliverables (e.g., branding materials, eLearning assets).
    • Understanding of design principles and how to apply them in different mediums (print, digital).
    • Willingness to stay updated on new design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into projects.
    • Ability to collaborate with other creative professionals, such as instructional designers and developers, to create cohesive and impactful visuals.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, etc.).

    Assessment Component:

    • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including illustrations, print designs, digital content, and motion graphics.
    • Interview

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience:

    • At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
