A nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Contract Litigation Paralegal (4911) to join its fully remote team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting attorneys by reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing complex medical records to prepare detailed settlement demand packages. This position requires a professional with strong medical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive narratives.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• Review and analyze large volumes of medical records and related documentation
• Prepare comprehensive medical summaries and assist in drafting settlement demand letters
• Work closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure medical information is accurately represented
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
• Collaborate with a remote legal team while managing independent workload and deadlines

** Qualifications:**

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a medical records paralegal, nurse paralegal, or legal nurse consultant
• Strong background in reviewing and summarizing medical records, preferably in personal injury, mass tort, or medical malpractice matters
• Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to present complex medical data clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency with medical terminology and legal documentation
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
