Job Description
International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a high-energy Recruiter located at our corporate offices in Houston, TX. The Recruiter drives the full-cycle talent acquisition process from need identification and assessment to position closure for assigned work groups. This includes managing, prioritizing, and closing searches: engages in strategic meetings with hiring managers; develops position duties, responsibilities, specifications, and requisite skills; sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and guides the selection of qualified candidates for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions; and negotiates employment offers.
This position is a hybrid role working onsite and remote.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge
Experience recruiting utilizing standard recruiting tools/sites, applicant tracking system, standard and social media recruitment.
Ability to deliver a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to establish rapport quickly, engage challenging executives and develop trusting relationships.
Strong presentation skills. Competent working both individually and as a team member.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions and work with highly confidential information.
Experience with Excel, reporting and other matrices.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
