    Contract Operations Manager

    The Challenge:

    In Revenue Operations, we aim to simplify processes and innovate for seamless customer interactions at Adobe. We focus on delighting customers and collaborators with standardized processes and automated solutions.

    What you’ll do:

    • Understand and align with organizational goals, familiarizing yourself with the company's primary objectives. Communicate these goals with your team.
    • Define clear goals and expectations, working together with the team to align with their personal development and the company’s objectives.
    • Provide support and training, identifying the resources, training, and support that the team needs to achieve their goals and perform their job effectively.
    • Support all activities related to customer account management, business consultation, contract validation and execution, order processing, invoice creation, usage metering, and provisioning products.
    • Perform complex validations of revenue transactions sourced through multiple selling channels. Ensure that deals align with product rules, revenue standards, and compliance policies.
    • Complete tasks in alignment with SOX controls, including drafting controls, narratives, memos, and process documents. Collaborate with internal and external auditors on audits of control development and implementation.
    • Serve as stewards and knowledge experts over customer information related to contracting, order management, and provisioning. Provide business recommendations to ensure efficient customer experience outcomes.
    • Monitor automated transactions through various tools and technology solutions. Review logs and system reporting to troubleshoot and manage errors.
    • Provide support for external customers, sales, customer service, product management, product marketing, finance, and legal in addressing blocking issues. Serve as a subject matter expert who initiates investigation, coordinates cross-functional teams, and resolves concerns.
    • Champion scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, building proposals, securing support for prioritization, documenting requirements, partnering with technical teams for development, testing solutions, and leading enablement and change management.
    • Implement strategic plans for new product offerings and routes to market by testing, adopting, documenting, and communicating necessary changes. Complete defined integration strategies for acquired companies, ensuring business continuity.
    • Develop and implement reports to support accuracy reconciliation, capacity planning, work completion, key results performance, and other ad hoc requests.
    • Develop and uphold essential documentation needed for the role, such as job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, FAQs for collaborators, and new team member onboarding documentation.

    • Capable interpretation of legal contracts, terms, and conditions.
    • Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with standard tools (Office 365, ERP, CRM).
    • 3-5 years of experience in a management or similar related role.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $87,800 -- $183,975 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
