Job Type: Full-Time Contract (16 weeks)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 30-min lunch
Hourly Rate: $56.00/hour

Position Overview:
Pike Street Pharmacy is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable Pharmacist (RPh) to join our team for a 16-week contract from ASAP to September 19, 2025. This is a new opening aimed at expanding our capacity to serve vulnerable and underserved populations, especially those living with HIV/AIDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, patient-centered dispensing and counseling

• Manage chronic and preventative therapies, particularly for HIV and related conditions

• Support patients in medication adherence and treatment understanding

• Collaborate with providers and care teams to deliver holistic services

• Process insurance claims and ensure regulatory compliance

• Utilize pharmacy management systems efficiently (McKesson Enterprise preferred)

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in Washington (WA)

• Demonstrated experience or strong knowledge in HIV/AIDS treatment and chronic disease management

• AAHIVP certification is a plus, but not required

• Proficiency in pharmacy systems and insurance workflows

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Commitment to compassionate, judgment-free care

Additional Details:

• Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

• Travelers Welcome: Yes (traveler rate same as standard)

• Employment Type: Contract (not a permanent position)
