Position Overview: The Contract Processor will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and processing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role requires keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify the accuracy of contract documents.

Prepare and process contracts in a timely manner using digital tools and platforms.

Collaborate with internal departments (legal, sales, finance) to ensure contract compliance.

Maintain and update contract records and databases.

Identify discrepancies and resolve contract-related issues.

Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Communicate with clients and vendors to gather necessary documentation.

Track contract timelines and deadlines to ensure timely execution and renewal.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Contract Processor or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of contract management and legal terminology.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and contract management software.

Comfortable learning and adapting to new software tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
