Job Description
Location: Option of Fully Remote or Hybrid (Orlando, FL; New York, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ)
** What You’ll Do**
As a Contract Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment supporting one of two key business segments: News/Media or Digital Platforms and Ventures (DPV). You will partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to deliver talent strategies that support growth, innovation, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
News/Media
Digital Platforms and Ventures (DPV)
Software Engineering, Product Management, Data, AI/ML, UX/UI, and Technical Leadership roles
Growth Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Operations professionals
Corporate and business support functions within high-growth digital and technology businesses
Strategic Talent Consulting – Partner with business leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring goals.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Build proactive talent pipelines and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent in competitive markets.
Stakeholder Partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing talent market insights, interview guidance, and recruiting expertise throughout the hiring process.
