We are currently partnered with a growing and established property management organization seeking a Contract Recruiter to support their team during a period of rapid expansion.
This role will focus on full-cycle recruitment for multiple property-level positions across existing communities and upcoming property transitions. The company is experiencing increased hiring demand and needs someone who can step in quickly and work independently with minimal training.
This is a contract and hybrid position based in Mission Viejo, CA (onsite + remote flexibility).
Core Duties
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple openings across various properties
Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct phone/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support the pre-hire process
Handle high-volume hiring needs for property-level roles
Support urgent hiring for new property takeovers and current vacancies
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring needs
Work closely with HR to prioritize roles and manage recruiting timelines
Recruit for roles such as Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, Concierge, Maintenance
Supervisor, and Maintenance Technician
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from intake to offer
Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting
Ability to work independently without extensive training
Experience handling high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation skills
Comfortable managing multiple openings at the same time
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgent hiring needs
Experience recruiting for property management, real estate, or similar industries preferred
Familiarity with site-level roles such as leasing, maintenance, or property operations is a
plus
Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations preferred
