About the Role:

Nest Home Care LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Contract Reviewer and Manager to join our growing team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a critical role where you'll oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal agreements

Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination

Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Maintain an organized contract database and tracking system for deadlines and renewals

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and leadership teams

Identify and flag contractual risks, discrepancies, and areas requiring legal review

Support vendor and partner relationship management through contract oversight

Requirements:

Proven experience in contract management, contract administration, or a related legal/compliance role

Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and regulatory compliance

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously

Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related industry is a plus
