Individual will strategically screen, assess according to an established matrix, and refer quality applicants to our hiring managers that align with the organizations core values.
Individual will support our retail Sales group with a focus hiring high volume, remote sales candidates
Create and maintain a pro-active staffing strategy using our knowledge of the markets to meet current and future staffing goals providing outstanding client service and delivery
Focuses on building relationships with candidates, create a strong level of trust, effectively understand their capabilities and career goals
Administrative: Build, cultivate, and sustain an active candidate database within targeted areas
Ensure applicant tracking processes and reporting are implemented and effectively utilized by all
Maintain referrals and records within the Applicant Tracking System
Accurately document candidate data for hiring managers to review prior to the interview
Maintain records on recruiting activities as required
Qualifications
1-3 years Exempt and/or Non-Exempt high volume Recruiting experience
1+ years Sales & Marketing experience required
Demonstrated experience conducting phone screens and job interviews remotely
Able to manage multiple recruitment plans, assignments, and implement strategy in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated strong proactive recruiting, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills
Provide accurate, timely data to management, and maintain proper documentation
Ability to take control of various situations independently as they arise
Ability to be objective by evaluating situations
Able to work with others and communicate effectively to all levels including executive
Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organization skills
Advanced PC skills utilizing Google Suite applications is preferred
