    Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, production-minded person to own the pre-production process and help keep our shop running smoothly.

This role sits right between sales, art, and production. You’ll be responsible for making sure every job is set up correctly, scheduled properly, and fully ready before it hits the floor.

If you understand how a screen print shop actually operates—and can communicate clearly with both customers and production—this is a great fit.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Pre-Production & Art Setup

Review incoming art files and ensure they are production-ready

Confirm sizing, placement, colors, and print specs

Coordinate with design team or customer to fix any artwork issues

Prepare jobs for screen print and embroidery production

    Scheduling & Workflow

Build and help manage the production schedule inside Printavo

Prioritize jobs based on due dates, complexity, and capacity

Ensure all jobs are fully approved and ready before entering production

Work closely with production team to keep workflow moving

    Customer Communication

Communicate directly with customers for approvals, questions, and updates

Clarify order details to prevent production errors

Keep communication fast, clear, and professional

    Production Coordination

Work alongside the screen print team to ensure jobs are executed correctly

Assist with pre-press needs including working with Exile Spyder II or similar RIP/separation software

Help troubleshoot issues before and during production

    What We’re Looking For

Experience working in a screen printing or embroidery shop

    Familiarity with Printavo

Experience with Exile Spyder II or similar separation software

Strong understanding of art file types (vector vs raster, AI, EPS, PNG, etc.)

Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal team

Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once

Comfortable working directly with a production team in a fast-paced environment
