    POSITION SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This is an open-ended contract position.

    JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

    • Assist in the coordination and administration of routine Talent Acquisition transactions.
    • New hire processing – offer letter and background check process management, new hire paperwork.
    • Provide administrative and logistical support for the Recruiting and/or HR teams.
    • Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.
    • Represent Embraer at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
    • Promote Embraer as an employer of choice through knowledge of the organizations benefits, policies, practices, history and culture.
    • Supporting tasks that contribute to process improvement
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement to be shared with manager.
    • Vendor communication and scheduling
    • Internal team support and coordination
    • Managing self and assigned tasks.
    • Support administration of defined initiatives.

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Education:

    • Required: High School Diploma.

    Experience:

    • Prefer candidate with 1+ years of previous experience in area of responsibility and/or basic administrative experience; clerical duties.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Acute attention to detail and follow up skills
    • Strong customer service orientation, along with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced work environment
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Initiative, flexibility and a high degree of confidentiality.
    • Basic administrative techniques
    • Cooperative, interpersonal skills organized and detailed oriented.

    • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
