The Emerging Talent team's mission is to serve as a strategic pipeline for early-career technologists and future technical leaders who will power innovation across our streaming, data, product, and engineering organizations.
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to support internship and full-time (below Manager level) hiring across Technology functions, including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Product Management and other technical disciplines. In this role, you will help shape technical outreach strategy, build strong talent pipelines, and position Paramount as a top destination for emerging tech talent. You'll bring the drive and curiosity needed to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring partners, while collaborating with a high-performing recruiting team.
This is a 9-month, project-based contract position with the option to extend. We are open to candidates located in NYC or LA, as well as remote candidates.

Hiring Salary Range: $80000.0 - 110000.0.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
