DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the administration of federal contracts from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage contract modifications, extensions, and renewals in collaboration with project teams and clients.
Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and budgets, to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting officers and other stakeholders regarding contract-related issues.
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and other applicable guidelines.
Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure the company’s practices remain compliant.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters and best practices.
Prepare for and support external audits conducted by government agencies or third parties.
Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and contract requirements.
Oversee invoicing, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain financial integrity.
Monitor project expenditures and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CPA) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, compliance, and financial oversight, preferably within the federal contracting sector.
Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, DFARS) and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Salary: $115,000.00/annual

Working standard office hours with start and end time flexibility (40 hrs/week).
Physical/cognitive demands include use of typical office equipment, prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer/telephone, high degree of concentration and attention to detail;
