    Work primarily from your preferred location in this remote role. On-site presence is required only for compliance activities, caregiver education sessions or skill development, and quality assurance reviews etc.

    🔍 Position Summary

    As a Contract LPN, you will support the RN Service Supervisor and Agency Director in delivering high-quality, non-medical home care services. Your role is essential in ensuring that services are delivered in alignment with the client’s condition, care plan, and NC DHSR compliance.

    This is a field-based, flexible opportunity ideal for a licensed nurse seeking supplemental or part-time work in a collaborative environment.

    🩺 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home client visits as delegated by the RN to observe, assess, and support non-skilled care delivery

    Report changes in client condition, environment, or caregiver performance to the RN and/or Agency Director

    Participate in onboarding and skills development for PCAs and aides under RN supervision

    Attend or provide input into client care conferences and interdisciplinary reviews

    Ensure visit documentation is submitted timely in accordance with agency and DHSR standards

    Assist in emergency response planning or staff support as needed

    ✅ Minimum Qualifications

    Licensure: Current, unrestricted LPN license issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON)

    Education: Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing Program

    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in home care, skilled nursing, or hospice

    Certifications: Current CPR certification (Preferred not required)

    Health & Safety: TB screening, clear criminal background check, valid driver's license, reliable transportation

    Other: Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills; proficiency with digital charting preferred

    Fee Structure

    The Fee Structure includes incentives across lead generation, client conversion, assessments, and client visits. The hourly rate is designated for care conferences, caregiver education sessions, and other specialized services. This model pays based on completed services and combines the stability of payments with the opportunity to increase your earnings through your productivity and efficiency.
