Contracts Clerk performs a wide range of Administrative duties such as posting new and used car deals in accounting, dealer trades, payoffs, schedule reconciliations, and vehicle documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Accurately **** process and manage new and used automotive sales contracts • Review all deal documents for accuracy and compliance with State and lender requirements • Coordinate with sales and finance managers to resolve any deal discrepancies • Enter contract accounting data and reconciliation of related schedules • Maintain organized digital and physical contract records Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or GED; highly prefer a degree in finance or related field To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions • Must be at least 18 years old • Valid drivers license • Minimum 2 years of Automotive accounting experience/Automotive experience • Excellent computer skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • Process new and used vehicle contracts in a timely manner, especially at month-end • Pay off trade vehicles as soon as funding comes through • Reconcile Schedules weekly & monthly/maintain clean schedules • Cancel/Reconcile warranties • Reconcile commissions/bonuses • Daily CIT reconciliation • Professional and dependable are a must • Dealer Track experience preferred Job Type: FULL TIME Monday - Friday Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
