    Contracts Analyst – Legal Department

    Woodbury Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Analyst to join our in-house legal team. This full-time, in-office position plays a critical role in supporting the company's real estate and property management operations by analyzing, abstracting, and managing a high volume of complex contractual and legal documents across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Review and analyze complex real estate, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and corporate structure documents, translating legal language into clear, actionable summaries for entry into the company's internal database

    · Support finance, development, and other corporate teams by providing timely contract intelligence that enables faster and more informed decision-making

    · Draft, research, and revise a broad range of transactional and corporate documents with accuracy and attention to detail

    · Manage contract workflows, routing, approvals, and execution timelines in a high-volume environment

    · Coordinate deadlines and priorities across multiple concurrent projects and internal stakeholders

    · Maintain accurate time entry and tracking records

    · Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and outside partners in a fast-paced setting

    Qualifications & Experience

    · Experience with commercial real estate transactions strongly preferred

    · Proven ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure

    · Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong critical thinking and attention to detail

    · Professional demeanor with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

    · Experience with contract lifecycle management and workflow coordination

    · Proficiency with SharePoint, Docusign, and enterprise collaboration tools
