Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the contract lifecycle for a fast-paced technology company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering a wide range of technology-related contracts including software licenses, cloud services agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partner agreements. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to support sales, procurement and product teams to drive contract efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including:

Software license agreements

Partner/Channel Agreements

Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

Statements of Work (SOWs)

Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

NDAs

Support the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams with contract review and negotiation for agreements.

Collaborate with Product/Engineering team to ensure services and technical obligations in contracts are clearly defined and achievable.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry standards and internal policies.

Maintain and manage a contract repository and contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.

Monitor contract terms, obligations, renewal deadlines, and termination rights.

Work closely with Finance and Procurement on vendor onboarding and risk assessment.

Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and process documentation to improve contract workflows.

Identify areas for process improvement and support legal operations initiatives.

Assist in sales operations activities as it relates to partners and customers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification is a plus.

4+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a technology company.

Strong knowledge of commercial and technology contracts.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and cybersecurity terms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in contract management tools and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience with CLM systems a plus

Knowledge of intellectual property and open-source licensing.

| Position: This will be a full-time hybrid position in the Pittsburgh area. The position will include a base salary and a full benefits package will also be available to the successful candidates.
