    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing the intake, review coordination, tracking, and routing of agreements across Group CBS. This role serves as the primary liaison between Group CBS and Corporate Legal to ensure contracts are reviewed consistently, routed properly, and completed efficiently.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating agreements in a fast-paced business environment.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Manage intake, tracking, and coordination of agreements including:

    · Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

    · Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

    · Ensure all applicable agreements are routed through Corporate Legal prior to execution.

    · Perform first-pass review of contracts and identify items requiring Legal, Compliance, Finance, or operational review, including:

    · Liability and indemnification language

    · Insurance requirements

    · Payment terms

    · Flow-down obligations and compliance certifications

    · Non-standard operational, regulatory, or compliance terms

    · Coordinate contract revisions, redlines, approvals, and execution processes.

    · Maintain centralized contract tracking and reporting systems.

    · Assist with development and maintenance of contract playbooks, escalation thresholds, and approval workflows.

    · Support utilization and administration of Summize, the Company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

    · Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support timely contract execution and issue resolution.

    · Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    · 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

    · Contract administration

    · Contract negotiations

    · Legal operations

    · Paralegal or contract coordination roles

    · Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    · Ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    · Experience collaborating with business leaders and legal teams.

    · Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

    · Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, legal operations, paralegal support, or related agreement management roles.

    WORK SCHEDULE

    · Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. You are required to be at your workstation from the start of your shift to the completion of your shift Monday thru Friday.

    · Basic working knowledge (i.e. ability to understand, speak about, and participate in solutioning) of the following domains: Data privacy (specifically PII/PHI), data science, the software development life cycle, federal data policies, the Tricare Military Health System.
