    The Opportunity
A highly respected, award-winning MedTech company in the respiratory and acute-care space is hiring a Contracts and Pricing Coordinator to support its commercial organization through high-precision contract administration and pricing operations.

This is a high-visibility operational seat working integrally with commercial leadership, customer service, and hospital supply chain teams across North America. It is designed for someone who can manage customer price proposals, maintain contract compliance, and streamline commercial workflows across hospital systems and distributors.

    Why This Role Matters
The company’s business continues to grow rapidly across the globe. To support this growth across the US and Canada, the commercial organization requires operational rigor, pricing accuracy, and seamless execution of customer agreements.

The company needs a detail-oriented contract specialist who can maintain system compliance, optimize roster management, and protect commercial integrity.

This person will ensure pricing execution and accuracy across group purchasing organization (GPO) agreements, integrated delivery network (IDN) rosters, customer quotes, and rebate administration.

    What You Will Own
You will serve as the operational owner for contract management, customer pricing administration, and rebate compliance.

    Core areas of ownership include:

    • Pricing & Proposal Execution: Create customer quotes, pricing proposals, and manage formal price-change notification processes across all sales functions.
    • GPO & IDN Roster Management: Maintain roster audit processes, validate contract access, verify GPO memberships, and enforce contract compliance tracking SOPs.
    • Rebate & Fee Administration: Assemble and submit monthly and quarterly rebate and administrative fee reporting for distributors and commercial partners.
    • Contract Directory & Systems: Maintain directories for customer pricing contracts, GPO memberships, and IDN agreements while coordinating renewal reminders.
    • Discrepancy Resolution: Assist customer service with invoice price discrepancy validation and partner cross-functionally on corrective actions.
    • Stakeholder & RFP Support: Collaborate with internal commercial teams on RFPs and communicate directly with hospital buyers, supply chain agents, and GPO administrators.

    What Success Looks Like
The successful coordinator will ensure smooth, error-free commercial contract operations.

    That means:

    • High accuracy and fast turnaround times on customer quotes, proposals, and price adjustments.
    • Clean, fully audited GPO and IDN rosters with zero compliance gaps.
    • Timely execution and submission of monthly/quarterly rebate and admin fee reports.
    • Seamless cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, customer service, and hospital supply chain agents.
    • Proactive contract renewal tracking to prevent lapses in coverage or pricing errors.

    Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidate will bring a blend of:

    • Experience in US healthcare group purchasing organization (GPO) contract administration.
    • Precision and accuracy when working with complex pricing structures and datasets.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contract workflows under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal sales leads and external hospital supply chain contacts.
    • High integrity and discretion when managing confidential commercial data.

    Required Experience

    • Associate degree required (BA/BS strongly preferred).
    • 1 to 3 years of experience working on contracts for US-based healthcare GPOs.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to communicate complex contract details clearly to internal and external partners.

    Preferred Experience

    • 1 to 3 years of experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturer.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or MS Access.
    • Background interacting directly with hospital supply chain, purchasing agents, or GPO leads.

    Compensation and Location

    • Location: Chicago
    • Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + performance-based incentive bonus.
    • Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 15–20 days PTO, and Enhanced Global Life Insurance.

    Why Consider This Role
This is a high-impact operational seat inside an award-winning, globally recognized MedTech leader with direct exposure to commercial leadership and major healthcare networks.

If you are a detail-driven contracts professional looking to take full ownership of pricing operations within a culture that actively invests in your career development, this role provides the ideal platform.
