Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.

Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and options.

Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings.

Stay updated on changes in family law and legal precedents.

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service.

Manage case files and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Georgia.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
