    Your future opportunity with us:

    We are seeking an outbound business representative to help support our path in gaining access to the widest and best business listings. As a key part of our early team, you will support growing our company and have a direct impact on the experiences of our brokers and customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply, you'll be a face to our new and existing brokers and business owners, helping drive their selling experience.

    What you'd be leading:

    • You'll support our Head of Supply in developing new business and ensuring we have the widest assortment of listings on our site.
    • You'll be no stranger to engaging with 100s of business owners on a daily basis, educating them on the path to selling their business and brokers on the path to maximizing their performance on our platform
    • You'll guide brokers and business owners on the benefits of listing their business on BizScout
    • You'll help track and manage the performance of the team, including KPIs such as outbound phone calls, sales progress and manage monthly targets
    • You'll share and communicate updates cross the business in weekly meetings

    The experience you'll bring us:

    • Bachelors degree
    • A love of securing new business
    • Proven experience in high volume sales calling
    • Marketplace and startup experience preferred
    • CRM experience
    • Experience using Microsoft office suite
    • A current valid driver's license

    Target Salary Range:

    • $100k plus commission/incentive bonuses and equity

    The target salary range is a subset of a competitive total reward package including equity, benefits and incentive pay as applicable. Individual pay may also vary, as it takes into account a number of parameters including experience, location, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
