Your future opportunity with us:**
We are seeking a Head of Supply. You'll spearhead our path in gaining access to the widest and best business listings through developing and nurturing business owner, broker and partner relationships. As a key part of our early team, you will be a leader in growing our company and have a direct impact on the future of our business inventory. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll own the short term decision making & long term strategic planning of supply.
The ideal candidate has business buying and selling or broker experience with a large existing network. You need to have a vision in order to make a big impact for BizScout buyers, sellers, partners, and clients that you can inspire in our suppliers and your future team. You must have a love of main street over wall street. You'll have a business development mind set and a passion for helping us understand the goals and pain points of our new and existing sellers and partners so we can build the product in the market for them.

The target salary range is a subset of a competitive total reward package including equity, benefits and incentive pay as applicable. Individual pay may also vary, as it takes into account a number of parameters including experience, location, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
