    Overview

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Switchgear Electrical Panel Designer to join our team at our facility in Bothell, WA, 98012. As a Switchgear Electrical Panel Designer, you will be responsible for designing and troubleshooting electrical panels used in industrial automation equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for electrical engineering.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop electrical panels for industrial automation equipment
    • Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and SCADA systems
    • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in automation equipment
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective panel design
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer software for documentation and data analysis
    • Work with various machine brands including Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon and Schneider Electric

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Strong knowledge and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and SCADA systems
    • Proficient in basic computer skills
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Valid driver's license
    • Experience troubleshooting electrical issues in industrial automation equipment
    • Experience with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) processes
    • PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with PLC wiring
    • Experience with SCADA systems
    • Ability to troubleshoot industrial automation equipment

    You should be proficient in:
